Park Avenue West
This modern 30-story icon sits in the heart of Portland’s Central Business District. LEED Platinum certified and home to TMT Development headquarters, Park Avenue West blends sophisticated urban living and retail with 13 floors of Class A office space.
This 27-story Class A tower carves out an impressive presence in downtown Portland. Its curvy east facade and boxy west side encase 532,485 square feet of office, retail, food and Regal’s Fox Tower 10 cinema. Retrofit to achieve LEED Gold status, daily operations are geared to reduce environmental impacts with sustainable maintenance, energy, water and recycling practices.
The 9-story Studio Building was built in 1926 and featured 128 rehearsal studios for musicians and actors. The Guild Theatre next door was the original performance space for aspiring stars who practiced at the Studio. Today, the ground floor features a local dining favorite, Pastini, with eight floors of office space above.
The Guild Theatre was built in 1927 and was once the last single-screen movie theater in downtown Portland. Adjacent to TMT’s Studio Building, the Guild was originally designed as a 450-seat recital hall for musicians renting studio space next door. Summer 2019 marks the Guild’s latest reinvention, with Kinokuniya Bookstore leasing all 5,000 square feet of this piece of Portland history. It is the company’s 13th store in the U.S. and 32nd overseas. Kinokuniya was also founded in 1927, adding a touch of historic kismet to this prime downtown spot just steps from Director Park, restaurants and retail.
One of TMT’s newest developments, The Marilyn (named after Mr. Moyer’s wife) offers upscale commercial and residential in the Hawthorne District on Portland’s eclectic east side. Surrounded by vintage boutiques and PDX dining hot spots, The Marilyn is a pet friendly, totally bike-able place to call home.
