TMT Property Manager Weighs in on Noise Variance for Portland Ritz-Carlton Project

Developers of a new Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Residences in downtown Portland, Ore., petitioned the city to work 24/7 on the $600 million project, which is slated to open by 2023.

TMT Property Manager Emma Paustian recently weighed in on the request for a 24/7 construction schedule for the Northwest’s first Ritz-Carlton hotel.

For now, the city won’t allow construction crews to work through the night on the 35-story tower underway at Southwest 10th Avenue and Alder Street.
