Claire is a native of Oakland, California, and a dedicated member of the TMT team. With a strong background in operations and customer service, Claire brings a detail-oriented and people-focused approach to her role in commercial property management.

She earned her bachelor’s degree from San Francisco State University and began her career in residential property management before making the leap to commercial real estate—a move she describes as both exciting and deeply rewarding.

A proud firefighter’s wife and devoted mom, Claire enjoys cheering on her daughter in sports—basketball, golf, and volleyball—and spending time in the Bay Area with family. She’s inspired by TMT’s deep roots in the community and is proud to contribute to the continued growth and vitality of downtown Portland.
