Businesses are ranked in the following areas, based on employee ratings: work environment, management &amp; communications, decision-making &amp; trust, career development &amp; learning, and benefits &amp; compensation.<\/p>\n<p><em>Oregon Business<\/em> cites some of the most outstanding feedback from the survey: &ldquo;This property developer &lsquo;is seriously the best company I have ever worked for,&rsquo; says one employee. &lsquo;Our management team is amazing.&rsquo; Workers will find plenty of team building and volunteer opportunities, as well as regular awards and bonuses, and educational webinars to encourage growth. &lsquo;Great leadership.
