You've found the homepage for The Park Block 5 Project, an ambitious and revolutionary undertaking spearheaded by TMT Development Co., Inc. A new, 677 space parking garage will be built 75 feet below street level and capped by a brand new public park - an extension of the South Park Blocks. All of the businesses along SW Park will remain open during the construction including: Elephants Deli, Regal Cinemas, and Capital Pacific Bank. A big thanks to Hoffman Construction Company, the general contractor for this project, and TVA Architects, for their great garage design. And last but not least, thanks to ZGF Partnership, the architectural firm designing the parks for the Three Downtown Parks Project which includes Park Block 5. Click here to see the three design schemes. Click here for Pics-In-Progress. The new garage below Park Block 5 will connect to the garage that is currently below the Fox Tower on levels B2 - B5. Many of the spaces in the new garage will be available for leasing on a monthly basis, and we expect completion of the project by DECEMBER 2007. For more information about the project or for who to contact to reserve a space in the new garage, contact TMT Development at (503) 241 - 1111. Thanks for checking out The Park Block 5 Project!

The Park Blocks
Portland's Park Blocks are the gem of the Rose City. They are a
testament to the people's desire to preserve our beautiful
wilderness while still providing for progress and growth. Nestled in
the heart of the city, these blocks provide a much needed, easily
accessible escape from the Urban Jungle for all of the downtown
area's residents and visitors. Filled with history, Portland has
long honored it's own and our country's visionaries with inspiring
statues, such as the ones of Theodore Roosevelt and Abraham Lincoln.
