	Design A

	• Central open space • Water feature in sunniest corner; “beach-like” edge on south side of water feature to allow water to run into the fountain and “pool” on the north side; low wall captures water • Food vendor(s) along west edge under high, transparent canopy or trellis

	Design B

	• Small water feature at lower, sunnier, more active end of park (northeast) and lawn panel at upper, more passive end (southwest) • High, transparent canopy placed at division of upper and lower terraces and shelters food vendor(s) • Broad, deep steps make up grade between upper and lower terraces

	Design C

	• Maximum open space and flexibility; least cost • Series of terraces with broad, deep steps • Art opportunity at sunny lower corner • Food vendor(s) at upper edge (southwest)
