NICK FRITEL

Nick joined TMT Development in 2011 with a background in commercial real estate finance and investment. During his tenure at TMT Development he has been involved in recapitalizing select assets in the portfolio and executing the financial strategy for the company. Prior to joining TMT Development, Nick was a senior analyst at HFF and was involved in closing over 50 transactions totaling more than $1 billion in capital invested along the west coast. Nick received his bachelor’s degree in finance from Montana State University (’04) and his MBA from Cornell University (’14). He also earned his CFA Charter in 2010 and currently serves on the board of directors for the CFA Society Portland. Nick currently serves on the Junior Achievement board, Clean & Safe board and on the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Portland Next 10 committee.
