Originally developed as a mixed use retail center in the 1980's, Hayden Meadows continues to be a shopping destination for the North Portland/Vancouver region. Currently home to major retailers such as Lowe's, Dick's Sporting Goods, Fisherman's Marine and Outdoor, and most recently Guitar Center, Hayden Meadows has a long history of being a diverse and convenient shopping location. Adjacent to both Portland Park's Delta Park sports facility and the Portland Meadows horse racing track, Hayden Meadows is located just off of Interstate 5 in North Portland. 2013 will see the opening of a new Wal-Mart location at Hayden Meadows, though the store design will be unique amongst Wal-Mart's portfolio. Incorporating many environmentally friendly and sustainable elements, the new Wal-Mart will serve as a prototype store design to be used elsewhere across the country. As one of the country's most significant retailers in terms of size and footprint, Wal-Mart recognizes the need to be a leader in minimizing their environmental impact, and the new Hayden Meadows location will be an excellent proving ground for some new concepts.

We have been a long time tenant in the Fox Tower building. We have always enjoyed wonderful personal service from the building management. As office manager, I know I will always get a prompt and courteous response when I have an issue. I feel they are always looking for ways to make the building better and safer for their tenants.
