Originally developed as a mixed use retail center in the 1980's, Hayden Meadows continues to be a shopping destination for the North Portland/Vancouver region. Currently home to major retailers such as Lowe's, Dick's Sporting Goods, Fisherman's Marine and Outdoor, and most recently Guitar Center, Hayden Meadows has a long history of being a diverse and convenient shopping location. Adjacent to both Portland Park's Delta Park sports facility and the Portland Meadows horse racing track, Hayden Meadows is located just off of Interstate 5 in North Portland. 2013 will see the opening of a new Wal-Mart location at Hayden Meadows, though the store design will be unique amongst Wal-Mart's portfolio. Incorporating many environmentally friendly and sustainable elements, the new Wal-Mart will serve as a prototype store design to be used elsewhere across the country. As one of the country's most significant retailers in terms of size and footprint, Wal-Mart recognizes the need to be a leader in minimizing their environmental impact, and the new Hayden Meadows location will be an excellent proving ground for some new concepts.

We have been exceptionally impressed with the service TMT Development delivers on a daily basis. Fox Tower has been our home since 2004 and we have continued to be impressed by the TMT team, the building and the quick response time to anything big or small.
