ECO PROGRAM

TMT Development is committed to sustainable development and aims to be one of Portland's "green leaders." Several TMT Development properties are in the process of attaining LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) certification. LEED is one of the most well-known green certifications throughout the world.

The Fox Tower is Gold level LEED certified and the Park Avenue West Tower is currently pre-certified as LEED Platinum. Click here for more information on the Fox Tower certification.

In addition to pursuing LEED certification, we have implemented the "Environmentally Conscious Organization" Initiative, better known as E.C.O. As part of our E.C.O. Initiative we explore and implement as many earth-friendly business practices as possible. Some of these efforts include partnering with the Energy Trust of Oregon to retrofit light fixtures, recycling non-typical materials like light bulbs and electronics, and reducing building-wide water consumption.

We have been tenants in The Alder Park building for nearly 10 years. TMT has been an incredible Landlord! As a small business, we strive for excellent customer service; TMT clearly has the same goal.
